Matt Evans has been licensed with Summit Realty since 1993. He has been recognized for his consistent high production by "The Real Estate Top Producers Club.” He is a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Matt has sold over 1,200 homes and over 300 building lots since 1993. He is known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
Matt is a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and has earned his Seniors Real Estate Specialist. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative. He serves as the Utah Association of Realtors’ 2023 Grievance Committee Chair.
Matt spends his free time rock climbing, writing, and enjoying the company of his beautiful wife, Brooklyn, and their four children.
